About

Dr.S.kalyani prapurna is graduated from NTR University of health sciences(Vijayawada) and specialized in the field of Laser gum and cosmetic surgeries FROM RAJIV GANDHI INSTITUTE OF HEALTH SCIENCES (Bangalore), later pursued a fellowship in Implantology from ASIAN INSTITUTE OF ADVANCED DENTISTRY(MEDVARISITY HONGKONG).

Apart from being a Topper in the undertaken subjects in post-graduation, her research work includes 7 publications in both Indian and International journals. Also been a mentor to many young MDS aspirants to join their dream colleges across the country.

Dr. Kalyani specializes in the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of diseases that affect the gums, supporting structures, and bone surrounding the teeth. Her training in postgraduation allows her to diagnose the gum related problems well in advance and helps arrest the gum disease from further progressing and prevent tooth loss on later date.Her treatment areas include gingivitis (gum inflammation) and periodontitis (gum disease),  also performs various surgical procedures, for example, gum grafts, pocket reduction surgery, and bone grafting to restore and maintain the health of the gums and supporting structures and help to provide a stable foundation to the attachment of artificial teeth, like crowns or dentures. She not only focuses on in office or chair side procedures but also keen about at home practices to prevent the problems from reoccurring

Being an Implantologist she specializes in the placement and restoration of dental implants. Implantologists have skills in evaluating a patient's oral health, determining the suitability of dental implants, and planning and performing implant surgeries, also playing a crucial role in the restoration and maintenance of dental implants.
